Description

This is not an LED lamp, but a conventional 14-watt, 15-inch T8 fluorescent tube with two male G13 medium bi-pin sockets on either end. This lamp is most commonly used in appliances or under-cabinet lighting. While it delivers reliable performance, please note that this tube contains mercury, so proper handling and disposal are required when it burns out. Additionally, it is no longer considered an energy-efficient choice, but we currently do not offer an LED upgrade. The colour is Cool White, which is an industry euphemism for 4000 or 4100 Kelvin. It requires a ballast to operate, which can also fail. This tube provides between 550 and 685 lumens over its lifespan and has a minimum rated life of 7,500 hours.
