Description
This is not an LED lamp, but a conventional 28W T5 High Efficiency (HE) Fluorescent Tube, designed to provide reliable lighting performance. Unlike the High Output (HO) models, which are rated at 54, 49, or 47 Watts, this tube operates at 28 Watts. While the lighting industry nominally lists its length as 48 inches, the actual measurement from pin tip to pin tip is 45.75 inches. It features two male G5 Miniature Bi-Pin sockets for easy installation. It emits a balanced light at 4100 Kelvin, sitting comfortably between Cool White and Warm White, and delivers between 2400 and 2700 Lumens over its lifespan of approximately 20,000 hours. Please be aware that this tube contains mercury, necessitating proper handling and disposal once it reaches the end of its life. Additionally, while it provides dependable performance, it is no longer considered an energy-efficient choice compared to modern alternatives.
