This is not an LED lamp but a conventional High-Pressure Sodium lamp that requires a ballast for operation. The ANSI code for this lamp is S68, and it consumes 50 watts of power. High-Pressure Sodium lamps produce an orange light with a colour temperature of 2,100 Kelvin and a very low Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 22 out of 100. The lamp’s shape is ED23.5, with an E39 Mogul base, and the glass is clear, not frosted.
This lamp contains mercury and must be recycled responsibly. It should never be disposed of in landfill.
